1. Open the Zwift application and log in to your account.
2. On the Zwift startup screen, click on the “Settings” icon in the lower right corner.
3. In the Settings menu, click on “Power” in the left-hand column.
4. Click on the “Calibration” button and follow the instructions to calibrate your trainer.
5. Once your trainer is calibrated, click on the “FTP Test” button.
6. Follow the instructions to complete the FTP test. The test will determine your current FTP.
7. After completing the FTP test, Zwift will automatically update your FTP and categorize you based on your new FTP score.
It’s important to note that resetting your FTP may affect the difficulty of your rides and workouts in Zwift, so make sure to adjust your training accordingly.
